Subscribing to EZ-Backup

In order to subscribe your system to use EZ-Backup, please follow these steps:

  1. read the Terms and Conditions (also on the back of the subscription form).
  2. print the appropriate form(s) on your printer (see below).
  3. fill them out and sign them.
  4. send them in to the EZ-Backup Team at the CIT Contact Center, 119 CCC.

Registration confirmation will be sent to the Technical Contact Email address (#10 on the Subscription Form).

Choose the appropriate form(s) which require a PDF viewer:

  • To subscribe, change or cancel a single computer, use EZ-Backup Subscription Form-85.
  • To subscribe, change or cancel multiple computers, use EZ-Backup Subscription Form-85 and Form-86.
